My go-to teriyaki place for lunch; nothing fancy but they have consistent quality. Just your typical, cheap, PNW teriyaki. Line can get a little long during lunch rush but they're still pretty quick. Most people just get chicken teriyaki which they cook in bulk. If you pick a less popular item it's made to order so you'll have to wait a few minutes extra. Teriyaki sauce is available by the jug which you add on your own to taste. They also sell bottles of their sauce separately but I've never actually seen someone buy it.

The front end staff barely spoke English, and so the ordering process was pretty bad; as I had ordered vegetable yakisoba with tofu and VEGGIE eggroll. When I went to pay, confirming my order, she said that the egg rolls were chicken and that they don't have veggie egg rolls. Fine, but seriously, front end the place with English speaking people.
Secondly, the yakisoba was, as others mentioned, a mere 10% the rest was oily over cooked and cold vegetables. The tofu was barely fried and was also cold. Complete waste of time. -

After hearing fair to middling reviews about Happy Teriyaki from coworkers, I ordered lunch for myself: chicken and gyoza, with brown rice instead of white rice. The menu said it came with cooked vegetables.
I grabbed my to-go order from a frowning woman behind the counter who didn't talk to customers, and looked like she didn't want to be there. The cooked vegetables was a pile of greasy, rotten cabbage with carrot shreds, like somebody stir fried an expired pre-bagged salad. My order was missing all of the gyoza. Chicken was pretty good, but not worth going back for.
Location is nice - Marion Food Court is a great place to grab lunch with coworkers on business days. -

My favorite teriyaki in downtown seattle. The chicken is perfectly cooked, a bit seared in the edges, nice and juicy and flavorful. The ambience is unique in this joint...they are located in a small deli in a parking garage!

I ate it so fast I forgot to take a pic! Super fast service. I got the Happy Special of Spicy chicken teriyaki with rice and veggies. The portions are huge it is so much food. It fed me and my coworker. Reasonable prices and quick friendly service. There are tables for seating and also an outdoor courtyard. The restaurant is busy looking and dated. But very much worth the visit.
